Welcome to "New Rule"! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our augmented reality game.

By accessing this game we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use "New Rule" if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. License

Unless otherwise stated, "New Rule" and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on "New Rule". All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from "New Rule" for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, relevant, of pertinent interest, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may would incur infractions on your account on our service.

3. Restrictions

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, sharing knowledge, informing others of the contest, reselling or exploiting any portion of the game without express written permission from us.
• Using the game in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the game or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the game.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the game, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the game.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "New Rule", nor any of its officers, directors and employees, or subscribers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this game whether such liability is under contract. "New Rule", including its officers, directors, employees, and subscribers shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this game.

5. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent "New Rule" from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

6. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

6.1 Contestants may not sever their participation in the game, maintained participation is enforced through the haptics from the Smart Ring.

6.1.1 Check-In and Voluntary Withdrawal At the conclusion of each seven-day period, contestants will have the option to remove their smart ring and withdraw from the game. This "Check-In" process allows New Rule staff to:

1. Engage Directly: Interact personally with contestants to address any questions or concerns.
2. Share Progress Updates: Provide information on the game's current status and any developments.
3. Inform Standings: Communicate contestants' rankings concerning prize funds and other rewards.
4. Facilitate Withdrawal: Allow contestants to voluntarily exit the contest by removing the smart ring if they choose to do so.

7. Variation of Terms

"New Rule" is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this game you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

8. Assignment

"New Rule" is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between "New Rule" and you in relation to your use of this game, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Your Location] for the resolution of any disputes.
